Home alarm systems?

I had an alarm fitted about 2 years ago, and it has just started bleeping randomly (when it is disarmed) whenever you walk past the sensors in a couple of the downstairs rooms. I do not have an instruction manual unfortunately so cannot readily see how to fix the problem.

you could have put it into chime mode on these 2 zones..or could be an alarm service bleep that was programed in by the Eng that fit it
