Use an opened up wire coat-hanger to feed into the drain & push it almost all the way through until you feel it touch the metal at the bottom end, then withdraw it. You may need to do this 1/2 x a month.

Often the drain hole is at the back of the fridge, just above the salad drawer. Water drains down this hole to a collecting tray where it evapourates courtesy of the heat at the back where the coils are. Maybe the hole is blocked?
