Mend Diplomat ADP 4550 Instructions Moved Property

Diplomat ADP 4550 double oven instructions?

I have recently moved to a new rented property, and have the above oven. The landlord has not left me with any instructions re how to work the thing! I really need help on setting the clock/timer as my 2 yr old daughter keeps pressing the buttons and turning my oven off mid cooking!!
