Mend Toshiba 52HM95 Bulb Replaced Cleaned

dirty color wheel?? Toshiba52HM95?

The picture has gotten darker and darker. bulb has been replaced. Mirror cleaned bulb cleaned. I can see just a little bit of the color wheel, it looks really dirty. Cant figure out how to get to it or where to get a new one. HELP!!
