Mend Hotpoint WF340 Washing Machine Blocked Pump

Hotpoint wf340 washing machine?

Load starts off fine then it sticks and the mini load light flashes and the machine makes a noise.

but i can get the machine to rinse and spin and pump out it just wont go through a whole cycle on any setting. could it be blocked????
