Mend Mini Moto Spark Plug Engine

Whats wrong with my mini moto???

when i try to start it the pull start feel very lumpy and horrible but when i remove the spark plug the pull startoperates fine any ideas????thanks

compression is wot makes the engine run,wen u take out the plug there is none.thats y it pulls so easily
