Mend Briggs & Stratton 5 HP Lawn Mower Repair

briggs and stratton 5 h.p. engine?

I took this engine down and replaced rings, valves and gaskets. I put the mark on gear on crank shaft with mark on the valve gear. It fires but looks like it is weak on end of plug. What is possible cause that would keep from cranking
