Where can I find replacement hinges for our bi-fold shower screen?

The top and botton hinges of our bi-fold shower screen are broken. The two flat glass panels making up the split shower screen have a vertical curve and the surrounding screen frame seems to be of high quality. However, the failed hinges seem to be made of a chromed high density plastic (presumably not intended to take any 'load' other than to keep the two panels aligned as they move on their track runners).

We'd prefer if we could simply replace these hinges rather than replace the entire shower screen assembly.

The problem is there are no brand/maker identity markings on the shower screen that would help us identify the make.

Any helpful suggestions welcomed.
