It depends what you mean by "recieve all channels and not just the junk ones" and whether you mean Freesat?
Freesat boxes can receive any Free to Air channel but will, only show the Freesat ones in the EPG. (The others appear as different group of channels.
If you are asking if they can receive channels that are encoded (Subscription Channels) then the answer is no because they do not have a decoder. Freesat - the answer is in the name.
