how to put handle on microwave?

I bought a new handle for my microwave, GE Spacemaker model # JVM1650CB. It came with no instructions and the guy I bought it from is lost....well so am I. The other handle is only halfway off and I am not sure how to take it off. I don't see any screws and I don't see a way to even take the door apart. Can someone give me instructions on how to finish removing old and putting on new handle.
