Diplomat adp8360 dishwasher program selection?

Similar problem to one posted in Nov 2008. Cant change programmes cant reset water hardness. Constantly stuck on "no heat" program. Nothing I do seems to reset anything. Machine works fine but only on no heat programme which wont wash anything! Have tried everything in the handbook. Wondered what ideas u suggested last time that i could try.... thanks
