When the machine is switched on all the lights light up,when you press the start button,every light bar the door locked light,comes on.I have checked the door and it looks shut to me but still nothing.Have opened and closed it a few times now.Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?

These Indesit based machines are notorious for programmer faults, and yours could be one of the fallen. The door interlock could also be the problem however and this is an inexpensive part. Keep your fingers crossed this is it, but statistically it will be the program.
