Remove the wheel. Before you go any further, use something to lever the discs apart from the disc, else you will have difficulties getting the new pads located. On the inside of the caliper are two rubber rods, as described by Alex. Remove the end-caps and use a 7 mm allen key on a socket wrench (you'll most likely need to do it like this to get the torque to loosen them). Undo both, and the main section of the caliper is release from the body. Remove the spring clip on the outside, and then remove the pads. Refitting is the reverse of this procedure (use new springs).
