Mend Power Hear Noise

My amp shows it has power but wont power my subs?

The power light on my amp is on but when i hook my subs up to it they dont work all i hear is a slight static noise. My subs work on my other amp but that one is too low in watts. Whats wrong

there is only one power light and its green. The other is the red protection light and no thats not on.

And wut do u mean is it turned up?? My other amp works fine but its too low of watts for my a subs and i fried that amp up a couple days ago/

Ok are you getting both power lights to your amp????

Little things like is the amp turned up etc can be overlooked... what have u checked so far???
