I have heard that the Fault F11 on the dyson washing machine is a blown fuse. Where is the fuse located and what type of fuse do I need.

you have heard wrong.. if it is the fuse that has blown it has blown for a reason. Call the Dyson helpline and request a service vist to sort out the problem.
