no water pressure on gauge should be 1.5 how do i get it back up?

You need to find the filling loop on the boiler - often a flexible steel pipe with some sort of tap on one end. Its this tap that you slowly open to allow the boiler to refill. Don't overdo it - you'll need to bleed water out of the radiators if you do.
