how can i fix my combi boiler?

my glow worm space saver mk ll wont fire up .the pilot light is on but when you switch the heating on it wont fire up

hi,
sounds like the gas valve or the electrical supply is not getting to the gas valve from the heating controls. check that the gas valve is not just stuck on the pilot setting; switch off and relight if in doubt
