Mend Sony Ericsson K800i Turn Repair Replace

my sony ericsson k800i wont turn on. ?

how can I repair my snoy ericsson k800i for free? I turned it off, replace the sim and since then it wont turn on. a red light at the side flashes once or about six times and that's it, it wont turn on.
