Mend Carl Lewis MOT25 Treadmill Speed

How can I fix my motorised treadmill?

I have a Carl Lewis MOT25 motorised treadmill I have just been on it & with the speed set a 6 & it just sped up to full speed off its own accord.
Naturally I hit the stop button & pulled out the red plastic key, now I have gone to restart it & there is no movement at all in the belt, all the Lcd panel works fine
Please can anyone help me out
