how do i fix it? accenta 8 alarm?

you will have to reset the panel back to factory set conditions to do this remove cover from front of main panel this will cause actvation of internal sounders, remove all power from panel [ battery & mains] if s. a .b is working outside sounder will operate, now remove any wires from the p.a terminals and the set terminal, and fit a link wire between the set terminal and the left hand side of the p.a terminal and power the panel back up, sounders should stop, remove link wire and reinstate any removed wiring and refit covers panel will go to day mode if not press reset, it should now operate on the code 0123 let me know model of panel and i will give you the seqance for putting in your own codes
