yea mate thats right, but how do we remove the old 1? is there a way 2 do it, seems a bit stiff, n dont want 2 break anything?

These inserts usually come complete with the linkage attached - you don't replace the nylon bit alone. If its the bit I'm thinking of, a steel ball presses into the nylon cup.
