daewoo tv with short powersupply?

daewoo model number 2072 i have replaced strs6707 with 0.33ohm resistor but after a month again with measure burned compenents has happened opto coupler resistors the str by it self,transistor all these compenents are burned some of them i have replacethem and the other also byt still there short how can i mend it
