Mend Rover 75 Temperature Heating

Can any one he;p me my rover 75 has some problems with heating/ventilation?

When the car is stationary the temp rises to normal and the heater works fine, when driving the tempreture gauge goes to cold and the heater blows luke warm. Also the windows are costantly misted up and the front carpets are damp.What can be done please

windows misting up and carpet damp usually mean heater matrix holed and weeping ...its inside the car behind dash which u usually have to remove ..
other problem could be thermostat stuck open !!!
