zanussi fridge freezer?

if this is a frost free appliance it could be an auto defrost fault.to try get this working again you need to manually defrost it for 24hrs with both doors left open and then power it up and retry.if the fridge and freezer start to work again but after a few weeks stop working this points to an auto defrost issue.possible faulty heater or defrost timer or sensors
