Mend Country Leisure Duo 75 Oven Temperature Heat

retaining heat in my country leisure duo 75 oven?

can anyone advise me if there is a vent or something in or around the cooker oven. i struggle to get anymore than 150 degrees temp and when its windy the draught from under the cooker is really strong. the storage cabinet does not have any heat at all.

the storage cabinet is not suposed to get hot, there is a vent in the floor if you live in a caravan because the gas is heavy if you get a leak the gas goes out through the floor DONT BLOCK IT
