Mend Ariston A1535 Washing Machine Repair Appliance

how can i fix ARISTON MARGHERITA A1535 WASHING MACHINE?

My machine wont go into a program cycle,light flashes to confirm program but nothing happens, also fabric conditioner wont go into machine ,just stays in the drawer,please advise as to what the problem could be .
