Mend Hotpoint 8764 Freezer Low Temperature

The fuse blows on my Hotpoint 8764 freezer?

the mains led does not come on nor the low temperature warning led but the fast freeze led does come on.
It blows the mains fuse as soon as it reaches the correct temperature.
Could it be something to do with the unit thta controls the led's?
