Mend Hotpoint Aquarius Dishwasher Filters Problem

I have a problem with the hotpoint aquarius dishwasher ? I switch it on, it starts a cycle and then 2 lights come on fast and 45eco degrees and they are flashing the machine emptys and it will not continue ,we have cleaned all the filters out but it made no differance canyou tell me what causes this problem
