hotpoint aquarius dishwasher?

what causes the following problem? I switch the dishwasher on it starts a cycle then stops with 2 lights flashing on fast and 45eco degrees and will not continue to wash just drains the water out and lights keep flashing . I have cleaned all filters out .Can you explain what causes this problem
