Leather electric powered reclining chair has stopped working?

Hi there,
We have a leather electric powered reclining chair which has stopped working while the chair is fully reclined. We cannot seem to find anyone who can help us locate a technician/electrician or just advise how we might get it repaired.
Could anyone help us please?
