I assume that you actually have a Freeview box rather than a satellite receiver?

There has been major change at a transmitter site on the Isle of Wight affecting 500,000 people.

You need to get your box to do a complete rescan. (In the manual or press menu and follow your nose.)

It isn't possible to give better answer without knowing what the box is.

If that doesn't fix it you will need your aerial seeing to.
