Mend Amana DLE330RAW Belt Dryer Wrong

How do I change the belt on my Amana dryer model # DLE330RAW?

I have the new belt for the dryer but when we put it on it has alot of slack to it so I am not sure if we are doing something wrong or what. I have tried looking in the manual but it says nothing about how to change the belt. Someone please help me!! I would think this would be an easy fix but it seems to be an impossable feat for us! HELP!!!! The dryer is an Amana Distinctions model # DLE330RAW
