My Samsung Soul just suddenly stopped working. When I switched it on it would show up a small blue screen with lots of writing on there, something to do with 'assertion failed' and at the bottom it said press 0 for 2 secs or something.
When I pressed 0 for 2 seconds it went into another screen that said 'UPLOAD to PC', this was displayed in a yellow bar.
However now the phone does not do anything. when I switch it on all I see is the opening screen which shows 'SAMSUNG SGH-U900' and the samsung website.
Someone please help me..What has happened to the phone?
The phone on the site you referenced is not the same sch-u900 that I have. Mine is called a "flipshot", but carries the same model #. Any ideas on this?

I have the same problem with mine The phone can call and send text messages. however I am unable to see anything due to the screen being dark/bright. I tried everything and even tried to get it repaired in Dubai but that didnt work so I finally gave it in for repair to T-mobile. Havent received it as of yet still waiting for my phone to be repaired.
