Astra Twin Top Windows Problem?

One of the rear windows doesn't return to the top position, but drops back again and repeats itself. I suspect the problem is to do with the anti-trap safety feature but I can't find out how to reset it. I'm told it's a sequence of pressing the windows buttons. Can you help please?
