Our frost free freezer seems to be leaking water inside, gathering at the bottom of the freezer, freezing and so making the bottom drawer frozen to the bottom.
well just so you know . the water comes from the freezer going into a defrost cycle that keeps the coil from icing up and not working . it sounds like the hose that drains this water away and to the bottom of the freezer might be plugged up and causing it it overflow into the freezer try looking around the coils (they might be hidden under a panel) for the drain pan and follow that. hope this helps you
