Ford transit van lwb 2008 model immobiliser fault?

I'm in a service station on the m74 and I stopped for coffee. I locked the van as normal. When I returned I unlocked it and tried to start it, nothing! Just a rappid flashing red LED, I think it's the immobiliser light. How do I reset it and get going ? Can anyone help?
