How can I fix my Roger Black Gold Treadmill AG-11302?

It appears the running board at the base of my treadmill has cracked. It is still useable, the belt is in excellent condition, but I would like to get the board replaced before it breaks completely and the running machine is beyond repair.
The treadmill is a Roger Black Gold Treadmill Model AG-11302. It is only two years old and the weight limit has not been exceeded so I am very disappointed. It was £800 so I would rather repair it than buy a new one.
Does anyone know how this can be achieved?

my machine board broke i removed and relaced with the same thickness plyboard worked perfict cost 10 pounds
