Mend SFA Saniflo Plus Will Empty

SANIFLOW PLUS WILL NOT EMPTY?

My saniflo plus will not empty, the motor is running but the water level stays the same.

Check the waste pipe is clear by putting a hosepipe on it. Also, under the motor on mine the nut fell off and the impellor was not spinning. Cant be much else if the motor is spinning.
