Mend Delonghi GDF 603 Electric Fan Going

how can I fix my delonghi gdf 603?

hi my delonghi gdf 603 with the electric oven is making a horrible noise, like the fan is going to come off, its ok for the first 5 mins then it will start making this terrible noise, if I lower the oven temp it seems to stop it for 5 mins then it will start again, can anyone suggest what Thanks in advance
