How do i program a replacement cdi unit on my Peugeot elyseo 125?

I have just aquired a 2000 Elyseo 125 which would not start due to no spark at the plug.I was advised it could be a faulty cdi unit,which was a typical fault for this model.I purchased a second hand cdi unit off ebay, and do not know how to re program it with the original red key i was given with the scooter.Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I replaced my cdi unit ,before the speed was 110 and with the new cdi it is 80 . Can you tell my how that is possible.

Well I am thinking of bying Peugeout Elyseo 125 too
It has the same problem “no spark”
