Mend Creative Zen Touch Software Firmware Player

Creative Zen Touch 20gb no software?

During a firmware update I managed to wipe my Creative Zen Touch so there is no firmware on it. Player says needs new firmware but computer wont recognise it due to no original firmware on player. Any ideas?
