none starting Primastar van?

Hi, my primastar will not start, I have had it tested by nissan who gave me a fault code of 1 DEF but does anyone know what the code denotes please, it appears on pre heat plug circ/sen 1 feed voltage/air flow sen circ/fuel pres sen circ/EGR pos sen circ TRK1 PDL sen circ/boost pres sensor and air temp circ
