You should see the cable on the side. Their is black clip that holds the cable to the mechanism. Take a pair of plyers to remove it. Un hook the cable from the mechanism. Roll the unit back on its feet. The cable is also attacted to inside arm witht wo small screws you have remove them also. Good-luck
