Bosch WFL 2860 quick wash problem?

hi we have a problem with our bosch washer,it is about 6 years old and when the quick wash function is selected the quick wash button lights up but is washing for about 2hrs 20mins. This cycle should only last about 35mins.could anybody give me a idea of which part might be faulty.
