Mend MFI APM6528 Faulty Should We

AN MFI INTEGRATED FRIDGE FREEZER APM6528 IS FAULTY WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

IT IS FITTED IN A KITCHEN CUPBOARD. THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT CONTROLS DO NOT RESPOND TO CORRECTION. THE RED LIGHT IS FLASHING - THE TEMPERATURE GAUGE SHOWS TWO READINGS (GREEN LIGHTS) "4" & "7" AND THE ACOUSTIC ALARM NO LONGER RINGS. THE FRIDGE DOOR IS CORRECTLY ADJUSTED. WHAT SHOULD WE DO PLEASE?
