Mend Hoover H-FRZ 6011 Fridge Motor Compressor

Hoover frost free fridge on all the time?

The motor(?compressor) has become noisy and appears to be on most of the time. Unit only 18mnths old and been fine unyil last 4-6 weeks when motor started to be noticably nosier. Small amount of ice-build up in freezer section. Have turned off and thawed out but still the same since turned back on.
Any advice would be most welcome!!
