How can I fix my Smartdrive O51 rinse cycle?

Fisher and Paykel Smartdrive O51
The machine gets to the rinse cycle and then starts filling, then abruptly stops, then starts again and stops, until finally it just beeps continually. I can skip to spin and it finishes the wash.

It beeps on the wash cycle, now it starts to fill and abruptly stops, there are 5 lights on the wash cycle, from left to right it stops and flashes on the 4th light. continually beeps until I turn it off.

Need to know the fault code it shows. When it beeps continuously, make a note of which lights are on & which are off along the top row. Write them down from left to right & post it back here.
