Mend MacDee Flushing Repair Toilet

macdee toilet not flushing?

my toilet after flushing flush again and the tank will not fill up agian without playing around with the insides for about 5 minutes. its a toilet that has a long flush or short flush feature. and inside has no ball but i can see something that says macdee. any thoughts?

Try doing a really big dump in it and watching it cling on for dear life as the water flows. Hope that helps!
