how can i fix my tumble dryer LG-TD-C70040EN?

my tumble dryer has water in it! when i turn it on....i can hear water swishing around...after a few seconds it cuts the electricity!
i have left it for a few days now....tryed again this morning....and i can still hear the water....and out went the electricity!
can you advise please?
