Mend Kenmore 665 Power Breaker Drain

i have a Kenmore Utra Wash Quietguard plus 665 ?

I came home and went to empty the dishwasher, noticed it still had water in it. I tried to use it again and it is acting like it does not have any power to it NO LIGHTS WORK. I checked the breaker it was not tripped. So i thought it might be plugged, took it apart and drained the line, that did not work either! I tried the no heat button but no go on that idea either! Please HELP!
